Every product sold by Coldposh, unless otherwise stated, is now backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee, as you have the statutory right to cancel.

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. However, if you change your mind or would like to exchange for another size, color, or style, please return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery, and we will refund you.

General Return Policy

  1.  Please get in touch with Customer Service at service@coldposh.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and why. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated. For damaged or defective products, we require pictures or videos of defective/damaged items to process the return/refund.
  2. You must submit all return requests within 30 days of your package being delivered.
  3. The Clearance items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

  4. For sanitary reasons, silk scarf and silk sleep mask and items marked as flash sale, final sale & special sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.

  5. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered.
  6. Drop off your package at a carrier location near you and ship the items to us. Once it ships, please contact us at service@coldposh.com and tell us the tracking number. We will track the process and issue the refund to your original payment method after receiving the package.
